A partial refurb of the Kelly’s Complex meant various timbers needed to be completely refurbished. This coincided with various areas getting new exotic reclaimed timber installations. Painstaking stripping back of these very tough timbers was a long process. We then fine polished all floors and applied numerous applications of commercial finishes to ensure the areas could take the heavy traffic a venue like this would endure.
